No, MultiLine does not access the user's personal WhatsApp at all. MultiLine is used as an employee's official business app to securely call and message external clients which is kept completely separate from the employee's personal number and personal WhatsApp.
Yes, MultiLine provides built-in recording (add-on feature) that automatically records all WhatsApp messages and can deposit or archive the conversations into your existing compliance archive for surveillance.
Your external client does not need to download an app. They can continue responding natively through their personal WhatsApp, responding in MultiLine will display your company’s WhatsApp profile to your customer. It will display the business profile name and MultiLine user's name within the messages.
No problem! MultiLine users can easily switch to SMS within the same Movius MultiLine application, if the client does not have WhatsApp.
