As we reflect on the past year, it’s amazing how far we’ve come as a business and as an industry. When we started Movius, BYOD was a new concept that was hard to grasp. Today, BYOD is the way we do all business — there’s no going back. But that doesn’t mean we can’t keep making it better. In fact, because it’s a way of life rather than an option, we need to make sure that any BYOD solution is a secure, versatile, and global solution. That’s why our team worked hard in 2017 to help businesses stay compliant while protecting their employee’s privacy and improving communications capabilities.
Looking ahead, we’re more optimistic than ever about helping businesses everywhere to fix the broken customer journey — no more unanswered calls, lost contacts or lost customers due to mobile concerns. Your mobile identity is your business identity, and so mobile has shifted from an IT concern to a C-suite concern. We’re committed to helping our customers keep control over their compliance and communications strategy in a mobile-first world…to better experiences for customers and the ability to connect people all around the world.
How can we help you own customer relationships, for example, maintaining control over a customer contact — letting that customer communicate in whatever way is most comfortable, whether it’s voice or text, and then keeping that contact constant? You don’t want to lose a customer because an employee leaves and takes his or her phone number with you.
You have compliance concerns. You want to keep personal data isolated from business data. You need to secure that business data, and ensure that’s searchable, archived and able to be accessed remotely.
In 2017, we greatly expanded our partner ecosystem with leading global carriers, as well as mobile partners. We’re going to continue to build an ecosystem of strategic partners and expand our global connectivity capability for enterprises — and for small businesses, as well.
We’ve also made significant upgrades to the Movius platform to increase the speed, efficiency, and security in the solutions we offer. We’ve never been more excited about the opportunities ahead. It’s going to be a great year, and we can’t wait to help you meet your mobile goals in 2018 and beyond.
